Delivery Policy
After completing your purchase, your product will be delivered via email within 1 to 8 hours after payment confirmation.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment verification or security checks.
No physical shipping is involved.
Software Licenses
Activation license or license key is sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.
License use is subject to the publisher’s End User License Agreement (EULA).
Training & Services
Access instructions for training programs are sent via email within 1 to 24 hours.
Consulting services are scheduled separately after purchase confirmation.
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
A refund may be granted only if:
The license has not been activated, registered, or used.
The wrong product was delivered due to our error.
A verified technical issue prevents activation and cannot be resolved by our support team.
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be granted if:
The license key has been activated, registered, or used.
The digital license has already been delivered.
Training materials have been accessed or downloaded.
Consulting or professional services have been provided.
The request is based on change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer.
Due to the digital and irreversible nature of software license distribution, once a license has been delivered and activated, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of license access and restriction of future purchases.

Refund requests are reviewed within 1–3 business days.
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
